Gérard Geoffrion

Gérard is a certified Director and member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is the former President of Keurig Green Mountain Canada and former President and CEO of Van Houtte, a prior Littlejohn & Co. portfolio company. Gérard retired from Keurig Green Mountain in December 2014 after first joining Van Houtte in 1995. He is now a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of various small and medium size private companies in various industries in Canada, the United States and Europe. Gérard earned his degree in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an M.B.A. from Université de Sherbrooke.
