Hugh Rovit

Hugh is a seasoned executive having been CEO of multiple PE-owned consumer businesses. Hugh is currently CEO of Pegasus Home Furnishings since April 2024. He was formerly the CEO of MISSION®, the leader in innovative heat-relief cooling products, having joined the company in May 2022. Prior to MISSION®, Hugh was the CEO of S’well, a reusable water bottle and insulated products company, which he joined in February 2020. He previously was the CEO of Ellery Homestyles from 2013 until its sale in 2018, and the CEO of Sure Fit, from 2006 through 2012, a company that he led through two liquidity events. He is a current member of Board of Directors of Spectrum Brands and GSC Technologies and prior member of the Board of both PlayPower and Brown Jordan. Hugh received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
